Jamaican and Jerk Products
The method of jerking pork and chicken was originated by the Arawak Indians, and perfected by the runaway Jamaican slaves known as Maroons. In "Jerking", special secret spices are marinated or rubbed into the meat, which is then slowly cooked over a pimento wood fire. Because of the reqirement for this unique wood, true jerk is difficult to duplicate out of Jamaica, but our Jamaican Jerk products are as authentic as you can get. They bring the true taste of Jamaica to wherever you may be.
