Matouk's Flambeau Sauce is made with Scotch Bonnet peppers, onions, salt, mustard, vinegar and garlic. This variety of Matouk's is very thick and has a beautiful red color, making it look really hot...which it is. Thick and rich! Use sparingly. Very hot!
